One-Touch Integration Convenience
With Inntec 2000 you'll get one-touch access to your most frequently used Integrated Voice Mail features. For example, use the Voice Mail features you need the most - like Calling Your Mailbox and Leaving a Message for a co-worker, just by pressing a single key. Use this same key to check your Message Count Display to see how many messages you have waiting in your mailbox. And, while you're on a call, a single touch can also Transfer your call directly to a co-worker's mailbox.
Have you ever been on the phone with a client or customer and not been able to take notes fast enough? With Inntec 2000, just press a programmed Conversation Record key to record the call directly into your mailbox. Later on, review the recorded conversation for important details you may have missed.

Integration for the Way You Really Work
If you can't be at your desk to take calls, press a key to have Inntec 2000 automatically Call Forward your calls to your mailbox or your system may Automatically Forward your unanswered calls. When your mailbox answers, the caller hears your pre-recorded Mailbox Greeting and is asked to leave a message. You can record Multiple Greetings and easily select the one you want your callers to hear.


Using the optional Caller ID in your phone system, Inntec 2000 stores the telephone number of a caller that left a message in your mailbox. After you listen to the message, Return Call lets you quickly call the person back without manually dialing.
 

With Automated Attendant, your callers always get through. After Inntec 2000 answers, a caller just dials the option or extension number they wish to reach. And the Status Monitor always knows the state of the called extension without waiting for the phone system's response. The Automated Attendant can also be a Question and Answer order taker.

Callers respond to questions the Automated Attendant asks. Inntec 2000 records the questions and responses in a unique mailbox. Just listen to the mailbox's messages to process the order. The Automated Attendant can also take care or your customers after hours. You can record different Automated Attendant announcements for when you're open or closed. You can also program unique greetings for weekends and holidays.

Inntec 2000 Message Notification can ring your car phone, your home or signal your pager. Just call your mailbox to retrieve your message. When you get a message at the office you'll know right away.

When you send a message to the Group Call Distribution Mailbox, Inntec 2000 routes it to all of your listed salespeople. Inntec 2000 automatically erases the message from the Group Call Distribution Mailbox once all sales representatives have listened to it.
