Inntec Systems provides your guest with easy, quick, professional and reliable messaging, Inntec will automatically answer your guests calls if they are absent or busy on another call. The caller is given the option to return to the Front Desk for assistance or to leave a message at the tone. The guest room phone's message indicator is then illuminated. Checking messages for your guest is a one step simple process. And your guest can check messages either from their room or buy calling into the Front Desk, from on or off property. Upon check out, all guest messages are archived and any personalized greeting is reset to the standard greeting.


 Inntec Systems allows multiple wake-up calls per room, entered either by the front desk, or by the guest in their room. This allows for different wake-up calls for individuals sharing a room, or by someone who would like an early then intermediate awakening. By pressing any key a ten minute "snooze" period can be included.

Inntec Systems allows numerous extensions to share one mailbox. This allows for rooms with multiple extension numbers to have correct operation of their messaging systems (including message waiting lamps). Inntec also allows for wake-up calls to be entered from ANY extension in the guest room and still ring the proper main extension number by the guest.

Inntec Systems feature optional one key access not only to the current time and date, but also to the current weather conditions and forecast, current road conditions, sky slope conditions and current stock market indexes. Other reports and information can be custom programmed and provided.

Inntec Systems helps to streamline your front office operations also. Attendant overflow can answer your incoming calls and assure them that someone will be right with them, or allow them to dial the extension or room number themselves for immediate connection. Inntec Systems can also notify your front desk personnel via voice when a room has made a long distance call that has not posted to their room folio. Calls to unanswered or busy administrative extensions can be answered, their messages taken, then your staff notified immediately.
